Well after a VERY promising sneaky peek this morning (10st 2.5lb), another sneaky peek courtesy of hubby just before I left for wi was extremely disappointing (10st 4.8lb) - I had asked him not to tell me but he muttered "oh FFS" under his breath, which obviously made me have a quick look! TUT MEN!!

So i got to wi and told Cayla that I don't care anymore and I'd stayed the same

I stand on the scales ...

1lb off!!

SERIOUSLY! Sneaky Peeks are the DEVIL!!!! :o(


But anyhoo ...




I LOST 1LB and got my 25%!!!


I also got my charm that I bought before Christmas in anticipation of getting my 25% WOOHOO!!

Yay yay yay!



My next mini Goal is 4lb, which will take me to 10st 0lb - this was my original goal weight, and it's just a nice round amount to aim for.

Cayla has told me that she thinks 9st 9.5lbs is too low for my ultimate goal, considering how much difficulty I am having, so I have had a rethink, and have decided that I will aim for 9st 11.5 - this is 6.5lbs away from where I am now, and will take me to 50lb total loss, and also into the 9's!

I have NEVER been in the 9's (I couldn't even tell you at what age I was last 9st!)

my original goal weight of 10st would mean I had lost 47.5lb total, and while 10st is a nice round figure, getting into the 9's and also getting my 50lb certificate would be amazing, and I think it would need a big celebration at that particular meeting!

I was in a bit of a rush this evening, and despite the recipe saying the BNS would take 30mins to cook, mine was still hard after 40mins! gutted!

It really put me off the rest of my tea :o(

I dished myself up 5pp worth - the only thing in the recipe that is counted is the mince - but I didn't eat very much of it at all.

I counted 4pp for it though to be on the safe side.

Obviously this meant that after helping out at Tettenhall weigh in, I came home pretty hungry, and having to cook hubby's tea didn't help, so I munched a bit.

At least I haven't gone over my weeklies tho...


Tomorrow should be a bit easier than the last couple of Wednesdays though - I have a hospital appointment at 2.50, meaning I will be leaving the house shortly after 2pm, meaning the chance of munching will be gone!

I have a horrible feeling I'll be hanging around the hospital a fair while - would be sods law since I'll have bubs with me!
But then again, maybe I'll be in and out in record time since that will mean i'll be home sooner and have to work super hard at behaving!

Ridiculous today, just sat there eating chocolate spread with a spoon. Felt a little stressed over life events and even while eating it was thinking 'what the hell am I doing???'

I worked out the points from the nutritional info, and for 100g it was 15pp.
The whole jar was 400g and I think it was less than 1/4 of the jar, but would rather over-count than under-count.

Just hope I can manage to behave until wi and manage something of a loss this week!

Ok. I lost track again.
It's getting ridiculous now. Just Mondays and Tuesdays I just lose any willpower and MUNCH.

Didn't have a terrible week this week, but definitely didn't do as well as I could have in sticking to the plan.

Weigh in actually showed a 1.5lb LOSS this week!

Brings me back down to my lowest weight of 10st 4.5lb, meaning I am once again 1/2 lb from getting my 25%, and 7lb from my 50lb, and 9lb from goal.

I AM GOING TO DO THIS.

But I've been thinking this week that it may take something a little bit drastic to push me through this barrier and get me lower than I've ever been in my adult life.

I'm going to cut out some chocolate!

I'm not going to be silly and say I'm going to cut out all chocolate - let's face it that just ain't gonna happen, lol

but I am going to cut it out on SOME days of the week.

And I AM going to track 7 days this week!!!

W/E Wednesday 1st February 2012 - WEIGH IN DAY

Bit of a hectic (but exciting) week, and I lost it again from Sunday onwards :o(

WI on Wednesday had me gain 1lb so I am back up - AGAIN - to 10st 6lb

While I know what went wrong, and do deserve the lb gain, I am just SO fed up of being STUCK!

I know what I've gotta do but the actual getting-off-my-arse-to-do-it is proving difficult!

I have planned this week simply to eat better. Stay within points and NOT MUNCH.
