Weigh-In Result



Well, I'm pleasantly surprised as it could have been so much more!!
But this is it now - I've got away with it for two weeks, I can't risk a third!

I've had a nice treat tea (garlic bread and Gü, and we have leftovers of the meal for tea tomorrow. And even better, it's a Filling and Healthy recipe so I may aswell have a Filling and Healthy day tomorrow to start me off on the right track!

I've not planned my week's food yet, so that's on the to-do list for tomorrow, and I'm out for lunch but we're going to Subway so that makes it nice and easy :)

Hello!!

Soooooo.....  It's been a while!!

Baby arrived safely, 3 days after her due date and very healthy :)

This doesn't seem 5 mins ago!
Baby made a safe, if quick, arrival!
They grow up too fast!! 
She's now 8½ months, fully settled in, got us wrapped firmly around her teeny, tiny finger and is starting to make a move!! HELP!!

How is time going so fast?!



Now, back to WeightWatchers - I rejoined on 7th January, weighing in at 13st 3½lbs, so I was 2lbs lighter than when I rejoined exactly 5 years earlier after having my son!

By this point in 2010, I was down 16lbs, and my #1 aim this time is to lose it faster! 
I purposely took it slow last time, but 3½ years was just tooooooo long!!! I can't be doing that again!!
Plus, I've upped my exercise a little, what with my son starting school last September and the joy(!) of the school run!

Ideally, I would like to be very close to, if not AT goal for January, as my grandparents are having a party to celebrate their 60th Anniversary, so I'd love to feel comfortable enough to dress up and for the photos that will be taken.

I've decided that my goal last time of 9st 11.5lbs was too low for me (although I only went that far to get my 50b certificate, lol) and my body happily rested at 10st 4lbs for around 8 months! So my aim for goal this time is just to get to a healthy BMI, which for me is 10st 5lbs, and then to see how I feel from there -  meaning that as of last week's weigh in, I now have 23lbs to go!

It's the summer holidays at the moment and I'm losing my way!! My loss last week was nothing short of a miracle as I had the WORST week!!  This week hasn't been much better, so I figure it's time to get back on this and take it seriously! 

So what better way than to go back to sharing everything with you lovely lot?? 


It's weigh in tonight, so I will face the scales, report back with my result and then my new week starts tomorrow!!
