Weigh in tonight I wasnt expecting any miracles (baaaaad week) but I was pleasantly surprised to lose 1/2lb!!
I'm now 10st 10lb and back at my "official" goal weight!!
YAY!!
Unfortunately I have apparently shrunk in height since 2007 so 10st 10lbs is no longer a healthy BMI weight for me.
But I am lowering my goal this time any way as last time it was pretty much set once I'd had my dress fitting so I wasn't able to go any lower.
So I have 10lb to go and aim to be 3lb lighter (10st 7lb) by my birthday (19th August if you're wondering :op )
