I didn't lose track this week, however I did get a throat infection :o(
So while I wasn't tracking, I wasn't going completely overboard either.
And weigh this week informed me I had lost 1lb!
I'm now the lowest I've been, and after taking 4 months to lose half lb to get me to 25%, 2 weeks later I'm under it! lol! typical.
I now have 6lb to goal, and my 50lb :o)
Just keep losing ... just keep losing ... just keep losing ...
