Ok so I went a little overboard tonight on the post weigh in meal - oops.
I hadn't planned for tonight so we went to Sainsbury's just before I went to class and picked up something tasty and quick.
TBF it could have been worse - from past experience I knew that the "Serves 1" ready meal portion of tikka masala is ridiculously mahoosive and can in fact feed me and hubby to bursting point, so we shared one meal, plus the sides.
I could probably have done with half the amount of custard and scrapped the creme egg ... ahh who am i kidding?? ;o)
I don't think I did to badly this week - chocolate-wise - especially considering that thing what happened called Easter!
So WI result tonight ... I was pretty sure I wouldn't lose, though had a very small ounce of hope that i might scrape a half lb loss ...
But no.
I sts. AGAIN.
That's 3 weeks in a row now. EXACTLY THE SAME.
It seems I have maintenance down to a tee. If only I was actually at GOAL! :o(
