I got through Sunday, all tracked and still with some weeklies to spare ... but it seems that once I start I can't stop!!
Yesterday was AWFUL! I was just eating for the sake of it, I wasn't hungry, or particularly bored, depressed, happy or sad.
I just ATE.
EVERYTHING.
Needless to say it wasn't tracked, and I went to bed with a stomach ache!
WHY do we do it to ourselves?????
I think I've just got it in my head now that Monday's I will go off track. Calling them Munchy Mondays just sets a precedent!
I need a new name for them! Suggestions please :)
Back on track today! I PROMISE!!! :) xx
