I got weighed a day early this week at the other meeting I help at, as we were going for a leaving-do type meal for one of the helpers, so I didn't want to get weighed Wednesday after a big meal Tuesday night.
I LOST 1LB! :D
Then yesterday (Wednesday), I had a very off-track day, and felt awful for it!
I ate SO much crap! Crisps, chocolate, toast, junk, crap and more.
Had a huge sugar crash around 2.45 and fell asleep on the sofa! OOPS!
So I'm back on it for this week! I don't want to feel like that again! :(
