Self Sabotage

What is it about weight loss that as soon as you are actually getting somewhere, you just completely lose the plot and live off biscuits for a week and then hate yourself when you put on??

Or is that just me??



I just haven't put the effort in this week.

I haven't planned, haven't tracked, and haven't eaten at all well.

I'm only half kidding about the biscuits






Weigh in tonight so I guess I will do the same old ...
