I put my pedometer on this morning, walked around and got on with my day, and then at around 4pm this afternoon I looked and it had only counted 1000+ steps.

Then I realised I had forgotten to reset it when I put it on, so I assume I must have leant on something and reset it at some point!

Either way, it wasnt an accurate count, so I took it off and have written off today.
If I'm totally honest, I don't think I would have gone much over "earning", if I even managed that!


Fresh new day tomorrow, less munching, more moving my bum!!! And wearing my pedometer now it is set right!! :o)

    Had the weekend off for my birthday, and yesterday off as I went out for the day with hubby, but back on it today for damage limitation!
    Not that I'll limit much before tomorrow! haha :o)
