Decided to try a new thing of photographing what I eat, so it's triple checked, totally tracked, and totally honest.
Have also decided to try and cut down on bananas, to see if it makes a difference at weigh in this week.
These STS's are getting RIDICULOUS :(
Now, it's gotta be said : the granulated sweetener on the cinnamon apples isn't worth saving the point. It's left a horrible taste in my mouth!
I'll be sticking to sugar from now on I think!
I would have had the points for the sugar as well, but at least I tried it and now I know :)
