So I went to Sainsburys to get some rolls (petit pain type) and found these:
sainsbury's rustic rolls <<click me!
Rustic Rolls - info on the pack has them at 4pp each! FABU!
So I've just opened the pack, and decided to weigh them to check, as there seemed to be quite a difference in the sizes of them ...
So I put the info into my WW scales, and place the first one on ...
6PP
Annoying.
But still.
Moral of the story :
WEIGHT WATCHERS SCALES ARE A GOD SEND :o) lol
when you weigh it does it tell you how many points are in it? or just how heavy? xxx
ReplyDeleteYou input the info (protein/carbs/fat and fibre per 100g) into the vales and then when you weigh the item it will tell you how many points it is dependant on how much it weighs.
ReplyDeleteIe if you were weighing crisps for eg and you only wanted 3pp then you input the info and then keep adding crisps till the scales say 3pp :o)
I <3 my WW scales
I definitely need to get me one of those. I have the old momentum plan scale but it doesn't have the PP values that the new scale would have :( Maybe I'll ask for one for christmas
