I had sneaky peaked this morning and my scales showed a gain of a lb too, so I was actually HOPING this was right for once! I really wouldn't have been shocked if it had been more!
What an awful, awful week!
And I can't say I've overly enjoyed all the food either!
Am sticking to my plan of ignoring tomorrow's tracker, although I WILL track and count the points, they will not go towards my tracker for the next week.
I actually made the effort to go to the gym today - after finally motivating myself, and driving there, I found it was shut as the school kids were in there for a couple hours! GRRR!! (The gym is in the grounds of the school, so the facilities are used during their PE lessons) but still. How dare they interrupt my spontaneous moment of motivation! Tut.
Ah well.
I am DEFINITELY going either Saturday or Sunday morning (Saturday will most likely prove extremely difficult as I will be spending the morning preparing for Bub's birthday party, before going to have my nails done, just in time to pick up the balloons and come home ready in time for people to start arriving! EEK!

Also will go to the gym Thursday when my FiL has Bub's for a couple hours (only times I can go in the week - Tuesday and Thursday, and now it seems Tuesday is out!)
Have GOT to get back into this.
I've got to get back on track, stick to my points, up my activity, and get this downward spiral under control!
I WILL LOSE THIS BLOOMIN' WEIGHT!!!!!!!

I thought your WI was on Wed? Do you just post your evening result on Wed then but WI on Tues nights?
ReplyDeleteYes hun my normal WI is Wednesday, but I got weighed a day early as this Wednesday is my son's second birthday and we are going out for lunch and the result was gonna be bad enough already lol!

ReplyDeleteI love the idea of not counting (while tracking though) on Wednesdays :) I count Tues but I still eat what I want and usually I don't go over my points much

ReplyDeleteI'm only not counting today towards my week because of getting weighed yesterday (Tuesday) and my normal week starting on a Thursday, so for this week only I am not counting Wednesday since its my son's birthday so I'd much rather just enjoy it. It's not every day your son is 2 after all :o) <3
It's a good thing to do every week even I think. Have the day/dinner/etc. after WI be a treat. Mine is Treat Tuesday and dinner is our treat. Whatever we want for dinner. I usually go all child like with mac and cheese and hotdogs and hubby chose McD's last night (made him realize why he used to never eat it xD)
