Gym Trip #2 for this week - did around 40 minutes or so before I got bored :o)
I haven't worn my pedometer at all this week :o( Poop cos after my gym trip this morning I went walking with a school friend and now my legs HURT so we must have done some good :o)
I was so out of puff when we finished walking - though I think that was mostly down to pushing a 2stone bubs in his pushchair the whole way haha.
At least it gave my arms a work out too!
Here's hoping it helps towards a loss tomorrow cos my eating certainly hasn't been up to scratch this week! To many biscuits and too much chocolate!
As of tomorrow :
• Pedometer is going back on
• Walking and the gym is continuing
• Choccie Challenge is being restarted
• Daily tracking is back - have been a bit lax with the updating and it's NOT GOOD!!!
On my best behaviour now until weigh in, and then line drawn and fresh start #12,782 is a-go-go :o)
how do you think you did this week? I had a splurge eating sunday and still lost 0.6lbs but I know close to goal it gets tough.
