You might have noticed that today's tracker is the first time that alcohol has appeared ...
I don't drink. Tbh i don't socialise enough to drink lol.
But tonight myself and hubby went to my friend Jen's house warming party and I was given a rather strong vodka (my drink of choice IF i do have one), and on an empty stomach - my cunning ploy to not go over point on the snacks provided - it of course went STRAIGHT to my head and made my thinking very fuzzy and I can't actually remember entirely what I ate. apart from what is listed... I'm pretty sure that is right at least ... so I have added 10 onto what I have pointed to be on the safe side.
A lot more weeklies eaten this week than I would have preferred considering I am trying to lose 2lb ... boohoo
BUT it's done, I cant change what I did, but I CAN change what I do for the next few days before WI!
