Wasn't expecting anything at Weigh In as I had a naughty Sneaky Peek before i left for WI and it looked like a STS .....
BUT
I LOST 1LB!! YAY!!
Now got 9lb till where I want to be and 11.5lb to get my 50lb certificate!
1 weigh in left before my Birthday next Friday, and ideally wanted to be 10st 6lb by then to be a healthy weight ... I'm not expecting any miracles but I'm gonna try my best and perhaps I might lose 2lb to take me to a round 10st 7lb :o)
I'mbeing dragged to going to the gym later with a friend and am going to do lots of walking with Hubby and Bubs this week - weather willing - and also have a Wii session or 3
