Had a lovely day with hubby for his birthday - took Bubs to Stay and Play this morning where all the kiddies sang happy birthday to him (lol), then took Bubs to a Soft Play Centre, then went to the pub for lunch. Just a nice quiet family day <3
Ate way too much, but to be honest, I still feel completely Poop and just wanted hubby to have a nice day :o)
Am back on it tomorrow, and if Wednesday happened to be a bad result, then I know what I've done this week - that's life - and I'll move on.
I am disappointed that my plan for this week had gone to pot even before it started, but hey-ho!

HI Tali - it's a fellow member of Philofaxy and resident of Wolverhampton here! I am joining Slimming World this week and I wondered if you used your filofax(s) to help record your diet, health and fitness goals and if so, how you use it. I am planning to have a filofax for this and the most obvious use is to keep a food diary, but wondered if you did anything else that was helpful. ReplyDeleteI do indeedy use my Filofax (slimline chilli Cuban) to record my eating and exercise (or rather lack thereof haha)
I designed the pages myself and Steve has kindly put them on the Files page of the Philofaxy site!
I also have before and after pics, motivational pics, charts and graphs recording my losses.
