While my pedometer doesn't show any AP's earned, I did go to the gym today, but didn't put my pedometer into activity mode as I don't like to put a label on how hard I'm working ... I just figure the pedometer will pick up the movement and as long as I get to healthy then that's fine with me :o)

I did 20 mins on the treadmill, majority walking with a couple short bouts of running.
Then 10 mins on the bike
And then 10 mins of weight machines

I'm just happy I made myself go, as I really couldn't be bothered, but had already decided on it last night :o)

I figure that, since my Father in Law normally takes bubs for a few hours twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday), that as long as I go on ONE of these days, and once at the weekend, that I still get a day to chill in the week, and one complete weekend day to spend with hubby and bubs! Can't be bad can it!

So I'm thinking Saturday morning - get it out the way early on and then I can enjoy the weekend :o) yay!
