I completely lost count of my weeklies this week - BAD BAD BAD!

Had my apple turnover as my post wi treat, and was so full I even refrained from having any chocolate.


I HAD NO CHOCOLATE TODAY ...

Shocking I know, haha

So, moving on to my weigh in result ...



I lost 1lb!


And I haven't got a clue how...?!


I just feel so confused at the moment, after having such a good week, food-wise, last week, and being pretty sure I was going to lose, I gained 1/2lb ...

and then this week, I was good up until Sunday (pretty much) and then just completely lost it on Monday and Tuesday - the danger days in my opinion, since it means all the extra (whether within allowance or not) food is sitting in your body ... - and yet i LOSE a lb?!

It's ... just ... WEIRD!



But anyhoo -

Back on track, back onto planning my meals, and I WILL Wii this week.
