Okay.

Enough of that.

I AM GOING TO LOSE THIS WEEK

SERIOUSLY

I've planned some new meals to try, cos I'm BORED with my usuals and need a shake up.

I AM going to do more exercise.

My Wii is coming out and being dusted off and getting a pounding.

I am doing my shop ONLINE so I'm less tempted to buy offer crap.

I'm weighing EVERYTHING.

And I AM going to get these extra sodding pounds off!

So; Plan of Action:


MEALS
Thursday :  Golden Turkey Pasta (substituted chicken for turkey)
Friday :  Yorkshire Puddings w/Vegetables and Mushroom Gravy
Saturday : Hot Dog with Fries and Salad
Sunday : Roast Lamb Shoulder w/Redcurrant and Rosemary Sauce, served with Roast Potatoes, Veg and Yorkie Puds
Monday :  Jacket Potato with Mushroom Filling
Tuesday :  Lamb & Sweet Potato Casserole
Wednesday : Chicken and Mushroom Top Crust Pie


EXERCISE
Wii
Gym on Sunday
Walking (weather allowing)


CHOCOLATE
THREE points per day

  2. It's harder to plan Lunch as I don't necessarily know where I'll be - spontaneous outings and such (ha that sounds like I have an exciting life, and yet my spontaneous outings are usually to a garden centre cafe...)
    But if I plan my Evening meals, and stick to the same range of breakfasts at the same points values, then I know what points I have to stick to for lunch :o)
