Had an AWWWWWWFUL food day today.
Spent the whoooole day cleaning the house and entertaining Nico and just couldn't decide on anything at lunch time - didn't feel like anything in particular - so I just NIBBLED.
Felt horrible by the time I climbed into bed.
Moral of the story : EAT REAL FOOD!
