I felt really heavy today. And a SP yesterday didn't look good. And then this afternoon I kept picking, when normally I don't eat or drink anything after 2pm.
So I wasn't expecting much, but ever the optimist, stepped onto the scales hopeful ... and lost a happy half! :o)

Am now back to 40lb total loss, and am hoping that my chocolate challenge that Cayla has set will help me get to my healthy BMI weight next week.
Going to Plan the week's meals tomorrow, and factor in my 5pp of sweet treats each day.
Plan to walk more.
Plan to have a day out with Hubby and Bubs at the weekend. Lots of walking, and something different for a change.
