I felt pretty good about weigh in, but thought that my heavy lunch would probably have a negative effect on it, and I think I was right.

Also, I think I may have eaten too many bananas this week too.

And I did go over my Choccie Challenge points tonight after WI.
I had the bourbon biscuit at lunch, and then the Snickers and the Maltesers tonight.
But it was my WI night treat and I reckon I've been a bit blooming' good all week so I'm happy!

New week, Fresh Start tomorrow morning!

So plan for next week -

LESS bananas
MORE walking
LIGHTER lunch on Wednesday
CONTINUE with the Choccie Challenge (though this is more off my own back this week)
GYM Once
PLAN my meals
DRINK more Water

  1. is a STS really that? The same weight? Or is it just close and you call it a STS? I STS one time and it was the week of my honeymoon between home WI and Reno WI (which changed times so it really was a gain but it registered as STS)

  2. I think that you work in smaller units over there than we do.
    I know my scales at home count in 8ths of a lb, but the scales at the meeting only count 1/2 and whole lbs.
    I may have had a minute change if i had checked my scales at home, but on the scales at the meeting I was 10st 7.5lbs last week and again this week x
