I actually feel quite gross that I ate my entire days points in one meal (Dinner)

WEIGH IN RESULT - I LOST A HAPPY 1/2LB :o)
In an ideal world, I would have liked to have lost 1lb to get me back on track for the Christmas Countdown, but since this isn't an ideal world, I'm very happy with my half lb :o)
At the end of the day, it's going in the right direction (i.e. DOWN), and I am now the lightest I have been this time around.
Also I am now only 1lb from a 'healthy BMI' weight, and back down to my wedding weight - so that can't be bad can it!!

woohoo! great job! If you check out my post from yesterday, I did almost the same thing eating all my points for dinner xD haha. what brand of salt and vinegar crisps were just 3 PP? Crisps are just like american/canadian potato chips right?
