Looks like I miscounted by 1pp yesterday but hey ho, that was last week - fresh start today - everything counted and I walked to the shops and back (pushing cubs in pushchair) to get me off my bum :o)

I've not hit healthy, but I'm gonna wear my pedometer as much as possible this week to see more accurately my lack of exercise. I think it may be depressingly bad ... eek.

I munched too much today though. And i didn't wear my braces :o(
