Wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't had any sneaky peaks this week. Shocker!

Christmas Countdown Challenge was given out this week at the meeting - 16 weigh in's left before Christmas and we all had to write down a realistic amount of weight we would like to lose by then.
I set mine as realistic as I could, and decided to aim for 1/2lb per week - making the total loss 8lb by Christmas.
Coincidentally - with my 1lb loss from this week leaving me at 10st 8lb, that makes my Christmas target GOAL!
So. 1/2lb per week - average.
