I wasn't particularly looking forward to weigh in this week ... I managed to stay away from Sneaky Peaks, but I just FELT heavy ...
And i was right - I gained 1.5lbs, putting me back at my pre-birthday weight.
I'd got 18 weeklies left before weigh in, so I hadn't gone too mad, so I'm thinking perhaps it was a delayed gain from my birthday...?
Although I had done ZERO exercise last week...
So plan for this week : WALK!
