Lunch today was questionable but I have got the worst cold, my nose is literally completely blocked, both nostrils completely useless. I can't breathe, I can't swallow, and I definitely cannot TASTE!

From the looks of it, it could have done with some veg to bulk it out and colour it up, but I just really couldn't be arsed TBH!

Update 17th November, 2012

WI Result 7th November - +1½ lb. Had an another awful week so this was totally expected! Totally lost it! (Goal + 4½lb)

WI Result 14th November - STS. a wonderfully miraculous STS! bad week again, don't know what's going on I just cannot stop EATING! >_< nightmare!

Have my son's 3rd Birthday, and birthday party this week but will try my best!
Life throws these occasions at us, but we've gotta live!

Had an awful, off track, non-tracking, chocolate and junk binging week this week so wasn't looking forward to WI at all!

But I only gained ½lb! WOOP WOOP! :o)

Still within 5lb of goal (am 10st ½lb - so goal +3)
