Wednesday 12th March, 2014 + Weigh-in Result

 

 

 

 

 

So despite the good behaviour...

despite washing chocolate and custard off my hands cos I was being THAT good...

despite purposely buying coffee flavoured Krispy Kremes for hubby cos I can't stand coffee and knew he'd save me a bite...

despite tracking 100%, publicly...

despite following Filling and Healthy and not eating half the junk I normally do...

despite not having a Munchy Monday or a Terrible Tuesday ........

 

I gained 1/2lb

(Quite possibly due to That Bitch aka Mother Nature)

So what happens now??

 

 

 

CHEESECAKE happens :)

 

Weigh in night treat over and done with (after homemade f&h Bolognese with wholewheat pasta)

 

I have my new week all planned, following f&h again, and some new recipes to try.

 

And we start again! :)

 

Cos what's the alternative???
