W/E Wednesday 22nd August - WI DAY!

Ok, so I had every good intention on getting straigh back on track after my birthday on Sunday, and for that matter to stay on track up until my birthday!


But as you can probably tell it all went a bit pear-shaped ...


I tracked Thursday! Then most of Friday, but then Friday night I didnt properly weigh everything as I served up my Tea, then I pretty much thought to hell with it for the rest of the weekend!

Then Monday came, and again I had every intention ... but then we went out for the day and I lost it, overindulged, and was pretty much just plain greedy :o/



I enjoyed my birthday week :o)

Life does throw these things at us now and again, and when do you deserve a break if not on your birthday .... week (?)


Ah well.

Faced the scales and gained 2lb. totally expected ... deserved ... and, to be honest, worth it! :o)

Now back to the grindstone!

I put my pedometer on this morning, walked around and got on with my day, and then at around 4pm this afternoon I looked and it had only counted 1000+ steps.

Then I realised I had forgotten to reset it when I put it on, so I assume I must have leant on something and reset it at some point!

Either way, it wasnt an accurate count, so I took it off and have written off today.
If I'm totally honest, I don't think I would have gone much over "earning", if I even managed that!


Fresh new day tomorrow, less munching, more moving my bum!!! And wearing my pedometer now it is set right!! :o)

My pedometer reset itself not just once, but TWICE today! GRRRRR! SO annoyed!! :o(

The FIRST time it reset, I was almost half way to "earning" mode, so I'm gonna guesstimate around 3100 steps done.

The SECOND time it reset, I had looked at it around 10 mins beforehand, and had around 600 steps to go, so I'll say I had done another 5850.

And finally, between it resetting the second time and me going to bed, I did 508 steps

Wednesday 1st August, 2012 - WEIGH IN

HOW is it August already?!?!?!?!!!!????



Ok. Well I've had a rubbish few tracking days. I've tracked, but on and off, so I figure theres no point updating cos it's not going to be accurate.

To be honest I think the results probably speak louder this week ... although I wasn't expecting QUITE so much on :o/

I gained 2lb.

My body is just adamant its staying in the 10's!! GRRR


But anyhoo, today is the start of the August Exercise Challenge on Facebook (Michaela's Weight Watchers Meetings :o) ). A group of us have each set ourselves an exercise challenge to last the month of August. This was totally personal to the individual, ANYTHING so long as it was achievable :o)

I TOTALLY forgot my pedometer today so it wasn't too good a start for me, unfortunately, but tomorrow I am ON IT.

Pedometer will be reset and worn.
Treadmill will be powered up
Earning/Healthy mode WILL be hit!!

Hitting healthy mode EVERY day for the next 30 days would mean I had walked 81miles! Can't be bad can it!!! :o)

TOTALLY ACHIEVABLE ... NO EXCUSES NECESSARY!!!!
