I don't know what has happened but I lost it again the last few days :o(

**edit: I just realised I haven't tracked Tuesday and Wednesday on here, but I did paper track them - by WI I still had 10weeklies left, and had my usual mini binge on wednesday night - am really starting to not like them if I'm honest :o/ **

Wednesday wi I lost 1lb of the 2.5 I gained last week, and my food was all planned up to Saturday, but the last 3 days I have just ... EATEN.

Thursday I had a day out to the NEC for the Hobbycrafts/Sewing for Pleasure Shows, and blame the early start and sore feet for my having a hot chocolate from the machine at the train station, a cup of tea with SUGAR on the way back, and half a twirl ... but then to be fair I thought I was actually pretty good at the same time - I tracked it all on Thursday and had used 18 weeklies by the end of the night.

Then Friday ... nibble city. And yesterday wasn't much better!

I dread to think how many points I have eaten, but can't even remember what I have eaten to even be able to try and point it!

And I haven't weighed my portions either (Dinner)

But, I'm thinking I be good starting today and I can aim for a STS this week :o)

So ... I best get tracking...

2.5lbs ON this week :o(


I haven't been feeling well, and have had a poorly 2yr old as well, so just haven't been up to cooking and have been eating anything and everything to make me feel better.


Guess what?
2.5lbs was SO not worth it :o(


Luckily I am still (JUST!) within my healthy bmi range, so this is a huge kick up the bum for this week to get a loss.


I have already planned out my evening meals for the next 10days, and have added them to my asda online basket ready to order :o)


I am also going to plan some lunches for this week - and include some 0point soups to save some points.


And I guess the last thing I ought to change is getting off my bum -_-


I'm not going to commit to anything specific, but will aim to get out walking a couple times this week - more than I have been doing so can only be a good thing! :o)

Well, you may be un-surprised to hear this, but i've lost the plot again a tad :o(

My throat infection has affected me a lot more than normal, the glands in my neck are still up a bit, and to top it off, my jaw has been aching something chronic :o(

the aching is to do with my braces it seems!

It looks like the most expensive, all-singing, all-dancing ones aren't all they are cracked up to be and I may have to revert to (and pay more out for) the old fashioned, fixed train-tracks. Marvellous -_-

BUT at least they will get the job done and there'll be no more messing about with these stupid things!


I do like the video though ... just want my teeth to look like the end rather than the middle!!

Anyhoo - I've been feeling pretty pleh and sorry for myself, and also bubs has been ill, and hubby isn't feeling too good now either! eek! but basically I haven't been up to cooking and have been shovelling in the goodies to make myself feel better (not that it's worked) so am not holding out much hope for wi tomorrow...

I guess we shall see!

And weigh this week informed me I had lost 1lb!

I'm now the lowest I've been, and after taking 4 months to lose half lb to get me to 25%, 2 weeks later I'm under it! lol! typical.

I now have 6lb to goal, and my 50lb :o)

Well I lost it again. Had an awful week, and I'm not even going to publicise what I have consumed this week, its a little bit sickening tbh!

I was expecting a significant gain, considering what I have eaten, and was amazed to find out it was only half a lb!

So I'm back up to that dreaded 10st 4.5lb and DETERMINED this week to get it off again!!

I am off to plan my meals for this week, and do my online shopping order so I can have a good, healthy, on-plan week :o)
