Well I lost it again. Had an awful week, and I'm not even going to publicise what I have consumed this week, its a little bit sickening tbh!
I was expecting a significant gain, considering what I have eaten, and was amazed to find out it was only half a lb!
So I'm back up to that dreaded 10st 4.5lb and DETERMINED this week to get it off again!!
I am off to plan my meals for this week, and do my online shopping order so I can have a good, healthy, on-plan week :o)
