I had a birthday to celebrate today, so we had a little chilled house party in the afternoon (thus the Pimms - and luckily we had the weather!) , before we all went for a pub lunch :o)

I probably went a *little* overboard, but I enjoyed it, and that is what the weeklies are there for after all, and I still have plenty left that I don't need to use, so I AM going to behave and I AM going to lose on Wednesday!!!

SP's are still showing at less than 10st (in the mornings) so I am really going to work hard to get a good loss at WI.

Well I am pleased to say that the ginormous stomach has gone, and - touchwood - I am on the mend. Still a little delicate but I think I'm getting there...


As you can see, I have been off my food today. My appetite has returned this evening but I am trying to be careful.

I havent worn my pedometer but I know that I haven't reached healthy as I've been taking it easy.


An upside to all this is that I had lost 3lb on the scales this morning!! 9st 12.6lb! Now THAT is a number I'd love to see at weigh in!

I guess I'll have to behave this week then, eh!

Ate WAAYYYYYYYYYYYY too much crap today :o( Didn't have breakfast before I went out to Stay and Play with Bubs, managed to only have grapes from the party food provided for the last session until September, but then went to a garden centre and, aiming to just have a pot of tea, ended up with a Blueberry Muffin.

I don't care what the American's do, I clearly can't be trusted to start my day off with a muffin! hehe
