Didn't do so well at tracking the whole day, but don't think I've missed anything.
Didn't weigh the tikka masala ingredients, but am pretty sure I have guesstimated pretty well.

I managed to LOSE 1.5lb at weigh in though so can't have done too badly :o)

In class this week we were given a 12 week challenge - it's 12 weeks till the beginning of december, and we are to pledge an amount that we would like to lose in that time.

Mine, as always is to get to goal.

As of today that is 3.5lb.

There's no reason that it can't be done, so I best just get on with it hadn't I! :o)
