Considering the amount of weeklies I ate (and drank) this week, and it being my birthday etc, I wouldn't have held much hope out for a good result at WI this week.

That is if it wasnt for the power of Sneaky Peeks!

Saturday it was showing -3, tho I wasn't gonna get my hopes up for that, but Wednesday morning it was still showing a loss!

So Wednesday I was careful of what I ate and drank prior to weigh in, and made sure not to eat my lunch too late (as I normally do) ...

Got to WI and...


I lost 1.5lb!!

So it CAN be done! WHO KNEW?!

chuffed to bits this week!

Brings my total loss to 40lbs

Current Weight is 10st 7.5lbs so I am now :
1.5lb from a healthy BMI weight;
3.5lb away from my 25%;
7.5lb from my Goal and
10lb from 50lb total loss!!


EE!

SOOOOO motivated now!

I WANT TO BE AT GOAL BY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!
