Sunday 9th February, 2014

Not enough planning = too much munching.

But I also had a really active day with delivering leaflets, and managed to get over 11000 steps on my pedometer!

Chuffed with that!! 

So at least it's all pointed, all confessed, extra steps earned and I can get straight back on it and have a good few days leading up to weigh in.
