Wednesday 5th February, 2014

For once, I have not been AWOL.

For once I have tracked every morsel, every day until weigh in day. Including weigh in day!

For once, I was really positive for a good loss on the scales.


And for once I didn't go to weigh in.

Here is my tracker for Wednesday :

And no, I didn't not track. I actually ate nothing.

From 2.30am Wednesday until around 9am Thursday morning I mostly slept. Or was hugging the toilet bowl.

But Thursday morning, I had lost 6lb!

So here's to another good week and see how much of an official loss I can get next Wednesday!
