Bit of a hectic (but exciting) week, and I lost it again from Sunday onwards :o(
WI on Wednesday had me gain 1lb so I am back up - AGAIN - to 10st 6lb
While I know what went wrong, and do deserve the lb gain, I am just SO fed up of being STUCK!
I know what I've gotta do but the actual getting-off-my-arse-to-do-it is proving difficult!
I have planned this week simply to eat better. Stay within points and NOT MUNCH.
Oh and TRACK AND BLOG!!
