Went to my friend's surprise baby shower tonight, and as you can see, I didn't do so well on the food front!

I have decided to write off my weeklies so I am going to plan my next few days a bit more in depth, and also have found a nice looking 0pp vegetable soup recipe on the Weightwatchers website, and you can pick-n-mix your own ingredients, so I am going to make a batch up to help keep my points down :o)

I think I'm gonna need it!!

Now I know cereal isn't really a good lunch, but in my defence it was 4pm and I didn't want something too bulky, just something satisfying to tide me over til Dinner.

I went shopping today for a pretty top to wear this weekend (thus the late lunch - rather than eating out) and have come to the conclusion I HATE CLOTHES SHOPPING :o(

Who said losing weight makes it easier???

I looked AWFUL in everything, plus I have no clue how to do this layering thing that everyone else manages to do so perfectly!


I need Gok Wan to make me a perfect capsule wardrobe :o(

Well my internet is finally back up and running - YAY!

So, update -

Weigh in on Wednesday I was hopeful but not entirely confident ... that's what sneaky peeks do for you!

On Wednesday morning my scales were showing a 2.5lb loss, which if going by the last few weeks, would mean a 2lb loss by the time wi came around ...

Then before I left the house I SP'd again, and was showing a ½lb loss so my fingers were very firmly crossed!

Then at wi the scales showed a 1lb loss!!

So I'm now 10st 0lb - my very original goal weight that I set myself when I joined January 2010!

But since I revised this to a 50lb total loss, it means I now have 2½lb left to lose to Goal!



Bring on the PINK and GOLD!!

Sorry for the absence...

Just a quick one while I am borrowing my mum's wireless signal -

I moved house on 27th April and don't have any internet!! :o(

So; the update : I was tracking the week before the move, and lost 1lb at wi on 25th April, taking me to 10st 2lb :o)

Moved to the new house on the Friday and barely ate til the Monday cos of the lack of food and how busy we were sorting things out over the weekend.

I was worried for wi on Wednesday (2nd May) because of the sudden intake of food on the Monday and Tuesday in comparison to the weekend, but on Wednesday I lost another 1lb taking me to 10st 1lb! YAY!!

I am back to tracking this week, so am hoping for another loss this week - I'm now only 3.5lb from both my 50lb certificate and GOAL!

I DO NOT want to go back up again!!!


My internet will be back up (hopefully) on 9th May, so until then I am paper tracking only :o)
