My own meeting was cancelled tonight, so I was going to weigh at home as my scales weigh the same as at meeting, but hubby said I should try and get 'officially' weighed. So I went along to another meeting not too far away and 'officially' Stayed The Same

Bit gutted as I felt that I had had a really good week this week and was hoping for a 1lb loss!
But what can you do except try again??
I am going to continue with the exercise and the upped water intake, and do my best to stay within my dailies for 6 out of the next 7 days - I have a family meal on Saturday, and having googled the menu, I don't have much hope of having any weeklies left afterwards!!
On the upside, I was surprised tonight to have 5 weeklies leftover, as having eaten my dinner, I proceeded to add up the points in fear of how major my blowout was ... and it really wasn't so bad!
The thing that definitely saved me was knowing that the Tikka Masala "for one" portion is ridiculously huge and actually feeds myself and hubby with leftovers that we can't manage! The whole portion is 22pp! Madness!!
Was very happy to see the sides weren't at all bad on points either :o)
