Went to the gym today, bit of bike, treadmill, leg weights and shaky machine. Then I ran a couple of errands. Not quite there yet but will have earned 1AP by the time I go to bed (I don't put it on activity mode at the gym, I just aim to get to earning mode while I'm there).
I'd also earned 1AP last night before I went to bed :o)

I know it's not much, but I'm happy with that, as it's more than I usually do! :o) hopefully the increase will help make a difference on the scales on Wednesday
