Well the gym plan went down the toilet.

We noticed a couple weeks ago that our front door was popping out of the frame when we locked it, but with it being christmas and new year we kept forgetting/putting it off. But anyway hubby finally called the company yesterday and they called this morning to say they would be coming between 1 and 5.
Helpful.
Bubs goes to nursery 12.30-3 so that was my chance to go to the gym!

Instead I had a tidy up and vacuum. Fun(!)

At least I wasn't sitting on my bum tho :o)


So it looks like I am going Saturday and Tuesday!

Am also going to go on the wii tomorrow for sure! I'm thinking a little bit of wii fit to warm up followed by some Just Dance 2 :o)

I actually wore my WW pedometer today - and while I didn't earn any extra points, I was pleased to hear the beep alerting me that I had reached 'earning' mode - aka a 'healthy' amount of activity.

I really am not active enough at all - especially recently when I doubt I would have even clocked up half the amount of steps I need to reach 'earning' mode!!

But THAT is what needs to change to get me to goal. So that is what I will do :o)
