I had a bit of a munch day today and unfortunately reached for the chocolate :o/
I managed to pull it back a little by not having a proper Dinner, I wasn't really hungry so and so I just had some cereal to fill the gap. I did then follow that with a chocolate mousse and a twirl but hey ho!
I have only dipped into my weeklies this week and I'm off to the gym again tomoro so I don't think I'm doing too bad :o)
