Went shopping for some new shoes for Bubs today, and we stopped at a little Cafe for lunch.

I had a "Bacon & Cheese Melt" - it was on Wholemeal Sliced Bread, Toasted, with - from what I could see - Bacon, Onion, the TINIEST amount of cheese known to man, and Tomato.

It felt and tasted quite oily, but as Bubs had some of it too (I figured it would save me some points) I counted 4 for the bread, 4 for the Bacon, 1 for the Cheese and 1 for the Oil

...PLEASE let me know if you think this is too low - though I'm not fussed if it's too high as I'd rather overestimate :o)

As for this evening - i figured the WW strawberry meringue doesn't count as 'naughty' ... a) because it was WW! and b) because it's a CHOCCIE challenge.

I just felt like a treat today :o) YUM

Off to London for the day tomorrow to meet up with some fabulous Peeps and spend some moolah :o) (EE I'm excited!)

And I WILL behave with my food.

I'll have 29dailies + 38weeklies if I need them, so I have no reason to panic.
