Not that I'm blowing my own trumpet here but This Pie was NOM!


Took a bit of doing (especially considering I NEVER use pastry, and thus didn't have a rolling pin! There was some FUN improvisation there I can tell you haha - a mini wine bottle left from a recipe I made a couple months ago (I don't drink wine so have this little dribble leftover that could really do with being thrown - although I'm glad I had it tonight!!), and some cling film!

If I make it again (which I should think I will) then I'm buying a rolling pin!


But it really WAS YUM!!

Definitely recommend it :o)

Also, I have worn my new Pedometer all day today, and have walked 7788 steps, 3.24 miles and am 621 steps away from 1AP

I am pretty darn sure that my old pedometer doesn't register my steps properly at all, and am much happier with my new one.

I know it's not so good that I've not even earned 1AP, but I got to "Earning" mode, and I know I don't reach that most days so :o)

Planning on housework and Wii tomorrow, but haven't planned meals yet so we'll have to wait and see what I get tomorrow night!

OOOOOOO the suspense(!) haha
