I've just been stupidly munch today - zero willpower, too much chocolate around me, and still feeling rubbish :o(

Haven't many high hopes for WI tomorrow night, but either way, I've just got to draw a line and start afresh.

I need to kick this cold, and the attitude, into gear - Get OFF my arse, and START MOVING

Just GET THIS SODDING WEIGHT OFF!!!!!



On a positive note - my Wii informed me this morning that I am in the "Ideal" BMI range.
I'm really not sure this is at all true, especially since my past Wii weigh in results have been dodgy to say the least - they really are not the most accurate weighing machine!

But all the same, it was nice to see it on screen :o)

  3. Was my first time on it yesterday hun! And I just did the easiest possible things lol (a bit of tennis, bowling, golf LOL)
    At least I did SOMETHING though eh :o) hehe
    This cold has been REALLY awful :o( I usually suffer quite badly, but this one was something else entirely.
    Think (hoping) I'm getting back to normal now tho :o) x

  4. Alyssa, this is my 2nd time round too! in 2007 I joined starting weight 13st 7 and goal weight 10st10, then after I had my son, I was back up to 13st 5.5!

    But if I can do it then you can too!
