I LOST 1/2 lb at weigh in tonight! YAY!!!

That takes me to a total loss of 3 STONE and also I am FINALLY within my healthy BMI Weight Range!!! (note: on the ww website the bmi range for my height (5ft 4in) is 8st 5lb to 10st 6lb)

BTW - what is it with BMI calculators?? My BMI changes on every site I look on?!
As do the healthy weight ranges?!
From 4 websites I have been told :

  1.  7st 11lb - 9st 13lb
  2.  7st 10lb - 10st 9lb
  3.  7st 9.8lb - 10st 5.6lb
  4.  8st 5lb - 10st 6lb
 ....... HUH?!?!

Anyhoo - I don't care - I'll lose until I feel good - this won't be much more, but I know I'm not there just yet.

Off to bed now so I'm fresh and sparkly for my new week starting tomorrow :o)

  4. Thanks hun - the NHS one was one of the ones I tried in the four results above. I think I'm just gonna go off the WW site - since that is the plan I follow lol.
    So healthy weight range : 8st 5lb - 10st 6lb it is :o)

    Sorry hun - tbh a few of the days there was just literally nothing to write about, and then the last few days I was just in a rush.

    I do need to update Saturday as I actually went to the gym! *shock horror*
    There'll be a mini report on today too when I update later :o) xx
