Well I actually wasn't too confident for weigh in today despite having what I consider to be a really good week - I was on track, well within points (before weigh in at least) and considering how much I have eaten over the past few weeks, this week almost felt like a diet! I'd forgotten what it felt like to feel hungry lol

But a SP on my scales at home this morning looked dangerously close to a gain, so I figured I'd go there thinking 'as long as it's 2lb or less' (delayed christmas gain minus a good week) and just see how I go ...


But...



I STS again!!


Not so bad I guess though would have preferred a loss - but wouldn't we all! lol

At least there's nothing gone on, and it is an incentive to work harder this week to finally get a loss!

I plan to go to the gym tomorrow, Saturday, and Tuesday is a maybe. Also I want to start using my Wii again.
I have a bit more time to myself now as bubs has started nursery this week - just a few hours but at least they are mine :o)

So here's to a good week 2 back on track!

  1. yay STS is much better than a gain! I hope you get your Wii out and find lots of fun games to tell me about :) I like just dance 3 and dance dance revolution 2.
