  2. I won't be 'counting' per se on christmas day, or probably boxing day. But I will do my best to at least list what makes its way into my mouth.
    There's no way I will be able to resist all the chocolate so I'm not gonna stress myself out trying haha x

  3. I told myself I can have 12 PP of stocking crap (which ends up being 1 of my favourite chocolate bars if I want a whole one). That's probably all the food things I'll GET for christmas. I'm planning, (maybe), on doing Simply Filling over Christmas. It might not be hard to calculate, but quite frankly I'd like to be able to eat breakfast with my family without worrying about it.

    So far, all I've got listed outside of power foods, is butter for all three meals. We'll see how it goes though. Plus, the bingo challenge I'm doing (see my blog) suggests to do power foods one day. Not sure if that means just eat lots, or to do simply filling, but I figure, if even there was a day to do it, christmas is it... All I know is WI is 2 days after christmas this year so I gotta be good!
