Pre Weigh-in Quickie...

I've got just over an hour before weigh in and I'm dreading it!

 I will be so annoyed if I don't lose -  I was having such a good week, and I have done SO much walking, but then the last couple days I have had the munchies, and have gone off track. I actually haven't counted for 2 days so have no idea how I might do!

It's just so annoying that if I had been just a little more prepared (lunches) and a little more controlled (chocolate), then I could have had a real good loss this week!

GRRRRRR!!!!! Why do we insist on doing this to ourselves????
