W/E Wednesday 16th January, 2013

Well, the munching showed, and despite all the walking I did this week (over 28½ miles!) I sts!

But, staying positive - at least I didn't gain!

It's a new week and I will have to be stricter with myself!
Especially considering I'll be less active.

Onwards and downwards!
